✔️RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM:  Treat all members with respect and professionalism. No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated. Respect diverse viewpoints and backgrounds. Embrace collaboration; share knowledge and insights generously.
